Inspired by Shining Cliffs woodland and hedgerows in Derbyshire, Shining Cliff Dry Gin sources many of its botanicals from the surrounding natural landscape. Distilled and bottled at White Peak distillery on the banks of the river Derwent, this floral gin contains 13 botanicals including rosehip, elderberry, bilberry and local mayflower. Smooth enough to serve on the rocks, garnished with a twist of orange peel.
