This beautiful Provencal ros is a staff favourite – no wonder as this pale pink, dry wine with a hint of strawberries and raspberries isdescribed as the Dom Perignon of ross. It’s a lovely, refreshing wine with adelicate herbal streakmaking it a good partner to most hard-to-match tomato dishes.
