This inaugural release from West Midlands Distillery showcases the power and richness of an Oloroso Sherry quarter cask finish, bringing bold depth to a traditionally crafted English single malt.

Distilled from 100% English barley and matured in Oloroso Sherry casks, this small-batch, single malt whisky offers depth, structure, and rich flavour. Bottled at 53.8% ABV.

• The nose is immediately expressive, with notes of dried fig, raisin, walnut, and sweet tobacco, wrapped in subtle hints of dark chocolate and spiced orange peel.
• On the palate, rich toffee, date syrup, and baked plum mingle with warming clove, cinnamon, and roasted nuts, all carried on a velvety mouthfeel.
• The influence of the Oloroso quarter cask adds bold sherry richness and lingering dried fruit, finishing with a touch of oak spice and cocoa.
