Beginning with two wines – Airen Blanco and Tempranillo – from the historic La Mancha region of Central Spain,Wednesday’s Domaine wines are gently de-alcoholised using the latest technology before being blended with a handful of natural ingredients and held in tank under pressure for a minimum of 24 hours to create their wonderful effervescence.

Wednesday’s Domaine was started in 2021 by Luke Hemsley who wanted to solve the problem he faced when trying to find a good alcohol-free wine. Their aim is to recreate the experience of drinking wine – the flavours, textures and aromas – as faithfully as possible in the absence of alcohol.
