From the collaboration between Aluxion Alliance and the Marzadro Distillery, Spirit of Truffles GIN is born; a precious product obtained from the infusion of real Alba White Truffles and Nine Natural Botanicals: Juniper, Laurel, Olive, Asperula, Rosemary, Sage, Salvia Sclarea, Common Mentuccia and Lemon.

Product Description

The story of Spirit of Truffles begins in 1735 when a couple of enterprising cousins, Giuseppe della Vitterra and Louis-Antoine Vernisse built a small distillery on the Ligurian Riviera. The two families dedicated themselves with passion to the production of exotic liqueurs of excellent quality, obtaining a strong success already by the beginning the 19th century.

The formula for the distillery’s growth lay in the constant desire for innovation. Since 17th century in fact, the cousins imagined the production of a spirit that provided for the infusion of white truffles. However this ambitious concept remained for centuries only a dream in the drawer.
