Drawing on over a century of distilling wisdom, we present Ukiyo Yuzu Gin. Our journey begins by first distilling a traditional Japanese shch spirit. We redistill with juniper, mandarin and spice before infusing the fragrant taste of yuzu for an aromatic and citrus-forward gin. We respect the 1500 year old tradition of cultivating and harvesting yuzu in Japan. The flavour is tart and fragrant, resembling that of the lemon and grapefruit, with overtones of mandarin orange.
