The Rainbow Collection is made using a long and skilled Charmat Method for Martinotti Sparkling Ros Wine from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes. The colour is powerful and persistent and the aroma sweet. While a favourite for many occasions the wines from the collection pair very well with aperitifs, seafoods, sushi and sashimi.
