On the nose Tomintoul 10 Year Old Single Malt Whisky is delicate and floral with aromas of acacia honey, vanilla, wholemeal toast and mellow wood spices. On the palate the whisky is sweet and honeyed with layers of creme caramel and toasted almond with highlights of lemon zest and a grassy freshness. The finish has buttery oak notes and citrus peels which fade into a lingering mellowness.
