Negroamaro

From the Antinori familys Tormaresca estate in Puglia, Calafuria has become one of Italys most sought-after ross. Made from Negroamaro, it shows a luminous peach-pink colour and an expressive bouquet of ripe peach, rose petals, and cherry blossom.

The palate is fresh and finely balanced, with delicate fruit and a lingering, graceful finish. Versatile at the table, its excellent as an aperitif and pairs effortlessly with salads, white meats, or seafood.
