A lambic is a type of beer that is specifically brewed in Belgium and is fermented through exposure to wild yeasts and bacteria that are exclusive to this region. This is how th eunique taste is created, often thought as a representation of a cross between wine and beer – it’s a little tart on the finish, has plenty of depth of character and has a smooth, silky body.

Made from a blend of 1,2 and 3 year old lambic with an addition of 260g of blackberries per litre.
