It is medium bodied, with a jammy range of berried fruits (plums, cherry, etc) backed up by a subtle peppery feel.

Established in 1776 the Boekenhoutskloof (pronounced Book-n-Howed) is found in the beautiful Franschhoek Valley. Here an almost Mediterranean Climate provides wonderful conditions for growing grapes and creating wine of true character. For those of you fortunate enough to visit the region, their tasting room is well worth a visit.
