ORGANIC / VEGAN / NATURAL / NO ADDED SULPHITES

This is a bright and off-dry Pet Nat, made entirely from South African Colombard. Organically farmed and spontaneously fermented, this fizz has a slightly funky nose and lovely acidity to balance the hint of sweetness in the fruit. The label says it all: this is for having fun, ideally in the sunshine, and even better when shared. Natural production methods give this wine a low alcohol content – an eminently sessionable wine.
