The name TAILS and its feather symbol were inspired by the oldest story around the Origins of Cocktails when in 1779 a tavern used rooster feathers to stir alcoholic mixed drinks and provide colourful garnishes. These drinks later became known as cock-tails and we celebrate the roosters flamboyant feathers!
