All the way from sunny Frome in the south west of England comes Still Sisters Somerset Cider Apple Gin, made by a pair of sisters and their copper still named Storm. Alongside the vital juniper, the star of the show here is the Dabinett apple, grown in local Somerset orchards. They’re pulped and juice, before being added to the combination of nine other botanicals which feature in this expression and then distilled. Excellent with tonic water and a slice of fresh apple. Plus, the Still Sisters team donates to The Orchard Project for each bottle sold!
