This Sicilian red is made entirely from nero davola, a local grape variety behind many of our favorite southern Italian wines. At Barone di Serramarrocco on Sicilys west coast, its grown at altitude a few hundred meters from the Mediterranean. This, along with stainless steel aging, leads to a balanced red thats bright yet deeply savory.
