This Kkfrankos is an excellent example of what the vineyard is known for, and it undoubtedly displays the softer, more refined side of the varietal. The combination of the grapes being sourced from limestone and loess-rich soil along with 22 months of aging in 500-liter, fourth-use barrels resulted in a gorgeous final product: soft tannins, earthy undertones, and juicy red berry characteristics on the nose and palate. The acidity in this wine provides plenty of structure and alongside fresh, tart notes of sour cherry, cranberry, and red currant.

Pair this one with flavorful dishes like pasta in creamy mushroom sauce or roast chicken seasoned with green herbs.
