Spiced botanicals such as ripe fresh juniper berries, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon and anglica root are well-balanced with a selection of Spanish herbal, sweet, citrusy and fruity botanicals: freeze-dried raspberries, freshly toasted pistachios, fresh wild rosemary, Valencian green lemon and lime peel, dry orris root and tender sweet liquorice.
