Salcombe Gin Ros Sainte Marie is bright, fresh and delicate with aromas or freshly peeled lemons and a whisper of red fruit, followed by the subtle perfume of white flowers and orange blossom. Lavender, rose petals and a hint of cracked white pepper add subtle finesse. Traditional juniper provides structure in the background partnered with a natural, but not overpowering, soft sweetness from strawberries and angelica complemented with a freshness from lemon verbena. The finish is soft, smooth and lingering.
