A handsome British single cask dark spiced rum made from scratch in Yorkshire using a hand-built copper pot still forged by hammer and by fire – truly unique.

A premium double-wooded cask-aged rum, lightly spiced. The ex-bourbon and ex-whisky oak casks are restored by hand at the cooperage by adding charred French oak staves to offer more depth of flavour.
