This unique small-batch Surrey Hills distillery makes their own base alcohol from honey, then triple distil, bottle and label by hand, on-site. Honey comes from a single-estate beekeeper when the raw honey is at its absolute prime for the distilling process.

This deliciously smooth gin with a hint of Kaffir Lime and Orange Peel is an intricate blend of 10 botanicals and three flavour extraction techniques which combined leaves a lasting, complex and smooth finish on the palate. Serve either over ice, with a premium tonic, or enjoy as a classic Gin martini.
