Rall Red 2019

The Rall Red is held back an extra year in the bottle prior to release as it is the more structured of the reds. 70% Syrah 12% Grenache 10% Carignan and 8% Cinsault.

• Brambly with a core of sweeter, purer red fruit than the 2018

Donovan picked the Grenache, Carignan and Swartland Cinsault earlier in 2019 to help raise the acidity naturally. Almost 100% whole bunch and all in smaller oak barrels, nothing new, and bottled January 2020.

Released after a year in bottle.
