Produced with selected grapes of the Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Souzao, and Tinta Roriz varieties from the best plots of the Quinta. Jorge was determined to produce a vintage port in 2009. To achieve this, he focused on specific vineyards to ensure he reached the perfect point of ripeness.

• Quinta De La Rosa Vintage Port has a dark, deep colour, high concentration, and complexity. Full of fruit with blackberry and rockrose aromas from a young vintage
• Integrating the brandy with the wine, so there is no sensation of burn
• The result is a balanced, rich, and mature vintage port, yet it maintains freshness and elegance with a long and persistent finish

All their port wines reflect the La Rosa style, slightly drier, without the excessive sweetness often associated with ports. This is a well-defined port wine with very smooth tannins and wood. In the bottle, this wine expresses the balance and harmony of the La Rosa vineyards.
