Colour: Medium to pale green.Aroma: Fresh aromas of tropical fruit including guava and passionfruit plus some crushed nettles and citrus adding a little interest. Quite aromatic but not an .over the top. wine.Palate: The palate is crisp, fresh and flavoursome; the characters mentioned above doing most of the talking. The dry finish is nicely balanced with the bright acidity delivering a bright, persistent finish.Summary: Produced from fruit grown on our estate vineyards, this is a wine to enjoy young and fresh. It partners nicely with all sorts of seafood, but try it with fresh Mussels steamed open with white wine, garlic & parsley then folded through fresh fettucine.
