Tuscany has been producing wine for more than 3000 years, so they know a thing or two about stunning wine. Pierofosco Toscana Ros I.G.T. (Indicazione Geografica Tipica) is named to honor famous 20th century filmmaker, Piero Fosco, a master of superbly researched films that beautifully captured their environment (much like this wine). This soft Italian Ros displays a blush color with copper reflections. The nose is with notes of orange blossom and wild strawberries that are paired with a light floral bouquet. Its palate is soft, full-bodied with a well-balanced, lasting finish. Although best paired with appetizers, this Ros also shines with oysters or really any seafood.
