Pheasants Tears was born out of a love of authentic tradition, and culture and endless creativity. This Saperavi isfermented and aged inqvevri, a unique Georgian vessel used to ferment and store wine. This gives the wine real character and lets the quality of the grapes shine through. It is packed full of fruit with savoury layers weaved through leading to a full, smooth finish. Highly unusual but truly authentic, this is good natural wine to try.
