We follow a similar process and philosophy as with our boerewors production: quality ingredients (90% premium grade meat) mixed with authentic spices imported from South Africa. Nothing more – no bulking up.

Ingredients:

Lean beef, vinegar (from barley), drywors seasoning, salt, spices, sucrose, yeast extract, preservatives, spice extracts, sugar, paprika, chilli powder. For allergens including cereals containing gluten see ingredients in bold.
