PEJU Cabernet Franc opens with herbaceous notes of thyme, oregano, white and green peppercorn, and subtle earthy notes of forest floor. Tart Rainier cherries, and wild strawberries enter the palate and are accompanied with notes of roasted vanilla bean, and freshly baked Crme Brle. Soft tannins add to the ease of this wine, making it approachable now and age worthy for the next 5-8 years.
