Possibly one of the most complex gins to ever grace their range. Physic Gin is a collaboration between the eco-friendly folks at The Oxford Artisan Distillery and the University of Oxfords Botanic Garden. The latter is the oldest of its kind in the country, and it was planted during the 1640s by Jacob Bobart the Elder as a physic garden for teaching herbal medicine, it contains a dizzying array herbs and botanicals.
