The Petit Chablis is a surprisingly fine and mineral wine. Its golden green hue and mineral bouquet are typical of this wine. Fruity, crisp, intense citrus, lemon and slight gunflint aromas complete the expression. Pairs well with cold starters, seafood and shellfish, oysters, fish dishes, and poultry.
