Chateau La Coste is a historic winery in the heart of Provence. Using their Ros d’Une Nuit Cuve as a base, they have extracted the alcohol to create this Nooh Ros ‘sans alcohol’.

The grapes come from a selection of vineyards, predominately on clay-limestone soils. To preserve the aromas, the alcohol is removed via vacuum distillation, with evaporation occurring at a maximum of 35-40 degrees.

The wine is expressive, fruity and floral; watermelon, citrus, rose and jasmine on the nose are followed by melon and strawberry flavours on the palate with a grapefruit tang to the finish.

This is a delicious ros alternative to enjoy this summer. Serve chilled, and pair with white fish terrine, sea bream carpaccio or scallops.
