Mount Gay Eclipse Rum

Mount Gay Eclipse rum is from the 1910 total solar eclipse. It is a blend of rums from Barbados that have been distilling in traditional copper pots and column stills. Then maturing for two years in American whiskey casks.

• Distinctive floral and fruity notes of apricot, vanilla, and banana, with a hint of caramel, summer fruit and spice
• The palate is fruity and well-rounded with notes of toasty oak, vanilla, banana, and spice
• The finish is long with a subtle smokiness from the toasted Kentucky oak barrels in which the rum is ageing

Serve Mount Gay with cola and a dash of lime or in a rum punch.
