Unfiltered, aromatic Moscatel, picked early so the grape skins don’t harden. Some skin contact and time on lees adds texture and structure, as well as fresh peachy notes. This is aged in 120-year-old amphorae vessels (aka tinaja) and has zestyminerality and subtlechalky elements.
