ORGANIC / NATURAL / VEGAN

This aromatic orange wine is made from a field blend of Kerner and Riesling, with extended skin contact that imparts flavours of baked apples, honey, and nectarine. Bright citrus notes and a mineral note give it a lively finish. Naturally fermented with wild yeasts and aged in old Slovenian barrels, its unfined, unfiltered, and bone-dry with a rich texture and saline edge.

Matija erjav, or Matic for friends, is a biodynamic winemaker known for his experimental approach. Tending his 9 hectares of vineyards with minimal intervention, he harvests according to the moon cycles to craft expressive, natural wines.
