Massaya is an exciting enterprise backed by French big-hitting producers Cheval Blanc and Vieux Tlgraphe. This has none of the ferrous, sanguine qualities of the more famous Lebanese winery Musar, but is packed with freshness and lift. The blend of Cinsault, Grenache and Tempranillo offers a good squeeze of black fruit, and its soft and mellow spice will sing with the varied flavours of mezze. Serve lightly chilled.
