Light, crisp and dry white from the south of France, full of orange blossom, white peach and lemon citrus with mouth watering acidity and a refreshing finish. If you usually drink Pinot Grigio or Vinho Verde, give this a try.

The Montagnac cellar was created way back in 1937 and now stretches over 2,000 hectares across the Languedoc region of the south of France, making the most of the clay-limestone soils and the influence of the Mediterranean ocean influence to produce food friendly, approachable white wines.

The Picpoul legend : an old legend tells that Picpoul grape was so browned and sweet at maturity that poultry on the shore of Thau lake enjoyed this sweet varietal when wine-harvest was coming, thats how the name Pique Poule was born which has been modified then in Piquepoul and gave its name to the AOC Picpoul de Pinet.
