Ruinart’s Ros Champagne is a blend constructed on a base of Chardonnay (45%) and Pinot Noir, mostly classified as Premiers Crus with 20 to 25% coming from wines reserved from the 2 previous years.

It has delicate, peach skin notes, and hints of mandarin and pomegranate weave in amongst the largely hedgerow strawberry and fresh raspberry character on the nose. There is a touch of cream and rhubarb on the palate and more sweet red fruits with a speckling of ginger and rosewater, all jollied along by fresh but gentle acidity. Lively yet elegant this is one of the most graceful pinks on the market.
