Dry Red: Sculptured on the true great Italian wines, this red is produced using the exact same grape juice to ensure an excellent table wine. 12-14% ABV.

Dry Ros: Blended using a range of fruity Italian red & white grapes, this Ros is delicate but fragrant wine. 12-14% ABV.

Dry White: Derived from the Italian Trebbiano grape, this wine kit produces a truly beautiful medium dry white wine. 12-14% ABV.

Pinot Grigio: Straw like in colour with grassy undertones with a hint of plum and citrus, one of the most popular Italian wines. 12-14% ABV.

You will require 3.5kg of Brewing Sugar for each individual kit.
