Created in 2011 in Podensac, a small village south of Bordeaux by Maison Lillet, Lillet Ros is the perfect drink for a summer aperitif.

This is a Rose version of the classic vermouth Lillet.

This comprises a blend of carefully selected red and white grand cru Bordeaux wines plus and orange peel, peruvian quinineand fruit infusions. It’s stunning, tangy and herbal.

Best enjoyed well chilled over ice or the signature cocktail, and its also my friend Kate’s favourite cocktail – Fleur de Lillet – 50 ml Lillet Ros, 10 ml elderflower cordial and lashings of tonic. Assemble in a beautiful wine glass and serve with lots of ice cubes and lime.
