The 2021 Les Vignes de Bila Haut Pays d’Oc Ros from Michel Chapoutier begins with lots of pleasing strawberry and watermelon aromas along with some nice herbal notes and a touch of rhubarb.

Taking a sip reveals a tasty ros with flavors similar to the nose, although it could use a bit more depth of flavor. Full of tart fruit, good acidity and a lively mouthfeel this is a nice example of dry ros.
