A refreshing and aromatic, full of summer fruits and citrus, like orange and kumquat, and a hint of spice from light oaking, and buttery notes that are balanced by lovely acidity. Crafted with care, the winemaking process retains all the beautiful aromatics. The grapes are crushed, lightly pressed, and settled overnight before spending two months on their lees.

Winemaker Reg Holder has worked in France, Australia, and the USA before returning to South Africa. After spending 11 years with Neil Ellis and Delheim, he started experimenting with de-alcoholised wine when his wife was pregnant. In 2017, he decided to focus on the Lautus de-alcoholised project full-time. Using advanced machinery, he extracts the alcohol while preserving the wine’s vibrant flavors and aromas, delivering a genuine wine experience you can enjoy any time.
