Larry Cherubino Laissez Faire range is all about low intervention through out the viticultural and wine-making process. The aim is to be as natural as possible, but this certainly isn’t natural wine, more a homage to very traditional wine-making. To do this health and sustainability need to be at the heart of the vineyard and judicious wine-making are integral.

The 2020 vintage is concentrated and with a bouquet of black cherries, spices and baked earth. The Syrah has spent four months on 4 year old French oak, helping to round out the wine and contributing to lovely fine tannins. The palate is dominated by red fruit flavours with a hint of spice and a delicate minerality.

Great with grilled meats, pheasant/partridge or a beetroot salad.
