This is a triumph and one of the top wines of the Right Bank this year. Cyrille Thienpont?s pocket project has purity and power, but velvety structure and real concentration and intensity. Lift from the Cab Franc, density from the Merlot, a wonderful juicy mouthful with beautiful length and shape. This is an outstanding wine in our book. 5-15 years.
