ORGANIC / BIODYNAMIC /VEGAN

A white wine characterized by hints of the sea and flint. Floral and fruity, with notes of honey and hay. The taste is dynamic, dry, and fresh with white flowers, citrus fruit, and minerality. Although technically a white wine they do a week of skin maceration which makes this delicate perfumed Fiano a medium body.

Made by Valentino Dibenedetto and his four children, who together run the project L’Archetipo. They are at the forefront of Italy’s regenerative viticulture movement.
