Spinning Cone technology was used to reduce the alcohol from a portion of the Italian base wine. This is a process of low vacuum distillation that can target removal of alcohol without impacting the aroma of the wine. The sparkling wine was then produced using the Charmat Method. Through this process, the grapes underwent natural fermentation in pressurized stainless-steel tanks with selected yeast. This preserved the wines natural aromas while allowing it to achieve a beautiful effervescence. 7.0% ABV
