A pale, delicate rose with fine bubbles and 30 months of lees aging. The nose opens with wild strawberry and rose, layered with a subtle toastiness. On the palate, it’s crisp, precise, and bone-dry, with a gentle bitterness that adds definition and a long, clean finish.

Made from Pinot Noir, Garnacha, and Xarel-lo grown in the family’s organic vineyards, this Brut Nature is vinified in the traditional method and disgorged without dosage. First created for the Juv family’s own table, it has since become one of the Peneds’ most recognisable expressions.

Excellent with sushi, cured cheeses, seafood, spiced dishes, fruity desserts, or simply as an aperitif.
