Joseph Drouhin are a family-run negociant in pursuit of excellence. They have embraced organic and biodynamic viticulture since the late 1980s. Employing methods such as horse ploughing, cover cropping, and natural composting to ensure healthy soil. Their high-density plantings at 12,500 vines per hectare result in low yields of only the best quality fruit.
