Crafted by Bouvet-Ladubay, the second oldest sparkling wine producer in Saumur, this elegant wine is made in their modern winery in St-Hilaire-St-Florent. A high proportion of Chenin Blanc gives it richness and expressive flavours of ripe apple, white flowers and a touch of honey. Fresh, fruity and effortlessly charming, it’s a superb choice for celebrations.
