The palate is full-bodied and structured, with flavours of ripe fruit, leather, and tobacco. The tannins are well-integrated and the finish is long and lingering. This versatile blend of Mourvdre, Cinsault, Syrah, and Grenache has seen 12 months of oak ageing. Pair with grilled meats, roasted poultry, or hearty pasta dishes. It can also be enjoyed on its own as an after-dinner drink.
