ORGANIC/BIODYNAMIC/ NATURAL/VEGAN/LOW SULPHITE

A fruity and vibrant white wine that comes from highlyregarded AOC Bourgogne land in between Puligny Montrachet and Meursault. A lively andbright wine with notes of white fruit on the nose, followed by vanilla and apple crumble on the palate. This is complemented by a striking mineral saltiness and fine acidity, as well as a delicate butteriness on the finish stemming from 12 months of aging in old barrels. Fresh,complex and medium-bodied.
