Involuntary Commitment is a new project in Washington State that is committed to producing premium wine from top Vineyards from the Columbia Valley. The idea behind this new project was the forecast of a larger than expected harvest. With a combination of great weather, vine maturity and timing the team at Andrew Will created a wine that shows all the nuances of premier Washington State grapes that will drink wonderfully right out of the bottle. The wines are fermented in stainless steel tanks with all native yeasts and are aged in 100% neutral French oak barrels. This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot shows balance, full flavour and goes as well with a casual weekday dinner as it does with a highly anticipated speciaal occasion.
